This rather unusual sub-bass cabinet
design had originally been developed for domestic surround-sound systems
using the Sigma Series enclosures. A hybrid band pass design, featuring an
output port at the front and back. The rear port should be placed facing and
adjacent to a solid wall or room corner area for best results.
A custom-made dual voice coil 12" driver gives it the flexibility for use in
stereo or mono applications, plus the input circuit features the Hz active
Sub Sonic Limiter, which improves performance and reduces loudspeaker
fatigue at high power. |
