HYDROTHERAPY
Step 3
Once your final specification has been
approved and we have received your official order, work will commence on turning
your Hydrotherapy system into reality.
A great deal of care is taken to ensure that
the sensory products used can provide an acceptable service life in the high
humidity atmosphere created in a Hydrotherapy pool.
All lighting effects are treated to withstand
condensation and the effects of chlorine. Particular attention is paid to
treating the electronic circuits to enable them to work in damp conditions.
An optical Haze machine (Not a smoke machine)
can be installed to enhance the lighting. This uses a none toxic safe fluid that
will not affect the PH balance of the pool.
All lighting situated within 2.5 metres of the
pool are restricted to 12V supply and can have additional "splash protection"
guards.
Water resistant loudspeakers are used to
ensure maximum reliability
All sensitive control equipment is installed in a
lockable cabinet and will be installed in a dry room away from the pool area.
You have no need to learn how to work the equipment in the locked cabinet as all
of the operator controls are simple and are mounted at the poolside, so that you
never have to leave the client.
As reliability is the absolute priority,
domestic Hi-Fi systems are NEVER used.
Every control that you need is mounted at the
poolside. All the controls are extremely easy to use and are touch
sensitive powered by only 9 Volts. This means that you never need to leave the
pool area to select a sensory effect or music selection. (poolside music
selection is via infra-red remote control). You are not expected to learn how to
work complex controllers or computers. Full training can be given in just 20
minutes.

| Poolside Pressure Pads |
Floating Switches |
Pressure pads can be installed around the
pool which will allow the users to activate various effects without getting out
of the water. These work on air pressure and have absolutely no electrical
connection. Or "Floating switches" can be used, which use radio signals and have
no electrical connection. These switches can be placed on a pool float or
supported by a carer or even fastened to the side of the pool with Velcro.
Finally, when the whole system has been
installed, our programmer will work "on site" with you ensuring that the sensory
effects do exactly what you want them to do to conform with your specific needs.
You can literally sit with the programmer and specify each individual action and
movement as they happen if you wish. Of course our programmers have a great deal
of experience and will help by recommending effects that have already been
proven in other Hydrotherapy installations.
Once programming is complete, you will be
given a "memory card", as a backup, to keep in a safe place that contains all of
your software. Enabling anyone to restore your programs at the touch of a
button.
OPERATORS POOLSIDE CONTROL PANEL

A waterproof chart will be supplied to fix to
the wall above the operators control panel, to give a quick reference in the
pool area of what button does what.
