SOUND-ACTIVATED MULTI-BEAM This excellent noise-responsive projector produces 20 beams of light. When the Multi-beam hears a noise, it turns the beams, changes the colour and changes the shape of the images projected. This ability to hear noises, without the need to connect a microphone, makes the Multi-beam ideal for voice therapy and has been used successfully in many sensory rooms and hydrotherapy pools. The user is immediately rewarded for making a "voice type" noise by an instant visual reaction from the Multi-beam. This clever product has a built-in filter, which prevents it reacting to high pitched noises (for example "screams"). But make a deep noise or use a musical instrument or beat a drum (or even a cardboard box) and the Multi-beam jumps into life. It will even react to music, creating your own disco-party to the user's favourite music. Simply plug it in to the mains supply and away it goes!
