YOUR FIRST STEP TO A NEW SENSORY ROOM
If you decide that you may be interested in a Sensory Room, Premier Solutions
will do all of the following

Contact us and we will
talk with you about your specific needs and ideas, and then arrange an initial
meeting at your premises.

If you are having a new building; We will meet
with your contractors, local authorities and the sensory room’s management and
carry out an initial site visit. Utilising existing building plans, or creating
our own plans where necessary, Premier Solutions will collect input from you and
your staff and any contractors or local authorities.

If you are converting an existing area for
sensory use or updating an old sensory room; Premier Solutions will work with
you to convert your old room into a magical sensory experience. We will liaise
with other contractors (Your decorators or hoist installers) to ensure that
the installation of the sensory equipment goes smoothly once the room itself
is ready.

We will produce working plans and suggested
layouts for the project, along with a detailed formal quotation.

The symbols used on your plans will also
appear on the quotation next to the relevant sensory products to enable you to
identify which products are fitted where and what they really look like and
their function.

This first quotation quotation can then be regarded as a "Starting
Point" for further discussion between Premier Solutions and yourself to
ensure that we have fully understood your teaching methods and care
requirements.
A further modified free quotation can then be prepared, if necessary, to ensure
that the Sensory Room concept fits exactly with your requirements and budget.
